IS THERE A MINIMUM STAY?

The usual minimum stay is:
2 nights in all apartments
1 night in a double room from Monday to Thursday (La Cambra)

Summer:
7 nights in apartments for 4/5 persons
3 nights in apartments for 2/3 persons
3 nights in double room (La Cambra)

HOW DOES THE PAYMENT OF MY STAY WORK?

We offer two payment options:

1) Standard rate:
50% of the reservation amount must be paid. The remaining 50% together with the tourist tax and possible extras will be paid upon arrival. You can cancel your reservation or change the dates of your stay up to 14 days before the reservation date.

In case of cancellation of the reservation will not be refunded 10 € in concept of bank charges.

2) Non-refundable rate:
100% of the reservation amount must be paid.
A 5% discount is applied on the total price.
It is not allowed to cancel or change the dates of the reservation.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY RESERVATION?

In case of cancellation, 50% of the amount previously charged will be refunded up to 14 days before the arrival date (10€ will be charged as bank charges).
If the reservation is cancelled between 14-0 days before the date of arrival, the 50% previously charged will not be refunded.
In the case of paying 100% of the stay through our website (applying a 5% discount), there is no refund option.

In any refund Can Alemany will not refund 10,00€ for bank charges.
